Moosejaw.com has a comprehensive return policy. Purchases made through their website or mobile apps can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of shipment. To be eligible, items must be unused with original tags and packaging. Some items like clearance merchandise, GoPro cameras, and GPS devices have a modified return policy of 15 or 30 days. Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be provided in the form of online gift cards emailed to you. No refunds are available for shipping charges unless due to their error.
